Jarvan IV

SEE I TOLD YOU GUYS I'D DRAW SOMETHING HALF-DECENT ONE OF THESE DAYS. Though it really doesn't mean much since I literally always draw shirtless men ... in this kind of pose ... sigh. But, you know, I am getting better at this one thing, so ... and look I drew feet (boots ... OF HELL) this time! And in general I think it improves a lot on, say, that Kratos one I did this summer.

If I was actually serious about improving as an artist, I'd attempt to change things up, but ... honestly I'm not willing to put in that effort right now. But I do feel upset because I couldn't get his left hand right AT. ALL. so I hid it, like a coward : ( Sorry about that!

Anyways, enough bitching, this right here is the MAN OF ALL MEN, the crown prince of Demacia himself. I've gotten so crazy good (for my level, anyways, I'm not claiming to be pro at the game by any stretch of the imagination) with him, it baffles even me. Sometimes I think about getting better with other champions but then I'm like "Why do that when Jarvan has enough fun for ten champions?" so ... yeah. Not to say I don't play others, but man I do love this guy. I just can't turn my swagger off when I pick him. Janglan, kill-lanean, hard carrying all day erry day, and most importantly DEMACIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAing everyone all the time. Bitches love DEMACIAAAAAAAA.

And then they buffed his mana. HALLELUJAH. I was so damned excited, I think that's the reason I decided to draw this in the first place LMFAO. And every time I was like "You know, he sure is REALLY buff ..." I then took one look at DAT LANCE and was like "THIS IS TOTALLY OKAY". His lance is (I checked this on his in-game model) almost literally twice his height. He's going to need to bring the guns in to swing that thing around.

On another note, those boots. THOSE BOOTS. THEY WERE HELL. BOTH DRAWING AND SHADING. OH MY GOD. And when it came time to colour the lance I was like ".................... oh" because I hadn't thought that far ahead yet. But when I actually got down to it, it has so much little, intricate detailing and designs, which I'm actually very good at ._. So it went really smoothly SJDHGJKH

Also I took the liberty of changing his knee armour stuff because it's so hard to get a picture of his legs in general (I actually used LoLViewer to see his boots, and found I didn't like the knee armour at all) and I probably made some minor tweaks elsewhere. ALL IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE. or something.

... I think that's enough talking for now (implying anyone reads this PFFFF). I'm gonna upload my WIPs (all in one file) to my scraps too, since I never do that but it's fun to look at the progress : D
